Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with order. No work will proceed until payment is received. No refunds are given once your order has been approved to print.
We accept bank checks, cash and major credit cards.
- All postcards are printed on a min. of 10 pt coated card stock unless requested otherwise.
- All prices include pdf email proof.
- All files submitted must be ready to print in CMYK color mode.
- Files that have to be modified are subject to a $50.00 alteration fee.
- Allmail USA, Inc. is not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words of files submitted by customer or approved by customer upon design completion.
- All quoted prices do not include any applicable sales tax or shipping charges.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Turnaround Times
Our standard turnaround time is 5 – 8 business days from the time you approve your order to print, in writing by email or fax. Orders approved to print after 5 pm Central Standard Time will begin counting turnaround time the next business day. Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you select. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround.
Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, we will put your artwork “On-Hold” until we receive acceptable files.
Allmail USA, Inc. assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless no files have been sent to print and the refund is requested the same business day. In the case of a refund on an order that work has not started, a $50 processing fee will be charged.
Changing Files Once Sent to Print
Once a job has been “approved to print” and is in production, no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. Changes to approved artwork that have not been put into production yet may be made and the turnaround time will begin from the new approval date.
Complaints
All complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of job. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.
Proofs
Allmail USA, Inc. offers two proofing methods. Low resolution pdf via email free of charge or an Epson Color Printout for $55 plus delivery charges. Proofs are to confirm we have the correct files to print and they have arrived on our end correctly. These proofs are not intended to be color accurate.
Allmail USA, Inc. provides proofs to our customers of the finished design/layout or supplied files to check for correct spelling, dates, addresses, phone numbers, content and punctuation. You do not hold Allmail USA, Inc. responsible for any errors after your approval has been given.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE ORDERING. Most color monitors and output devices (including inkjet and laser printers) are miscalibrated. What this means is that what you see is not necessarily what you get. Please note that your monitor’s calibration affects what you see on your screen. The colors on the printed cards may differ from what you see on your screen. Our email proofs are meant only as a rough draft of the final printed card, and not meant as a color accurate proof. If this is a re-print of an old order we strongly suggest you mail one of the old cards to us so we may try to match colors. We also suggest that if your job is color critical you mail us a color proof in order to provide us with a color reference. Please keep in mind that while we will try our best to match your old card or your color proof, Allmail USA, Inc. DOES NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING.
Sales Tax
All Missouri orders are subject to sales tax of 8.988%. If your status is tax exempt, an exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us with the first job.
Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer, Allmail USA, Inc., from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person.
You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.
Delivery
We ship anywhere in the USA via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
